Motorola E14 Boot Repair Guide Complete Process

How to Recover a Dead Motorola Phone Using PAC and XML Firmware

In this tutorial, we will learn how to recover a Motorola phone that becomes dead or fails to boot after flashing with UnlockTool, UMT, Chimera Tool, or another mobile servicing tool. The process involves flashing a compatible PAC firmware file first, followed by the XML firmware through Fastboot mode.

Important: Ensure the battery is charged above 30% before starting. Always verify the exact device model and firmware compatibility before flashing.

Step 1 — Flash the PAC File

First, download the PAC firmware file provided in the download section below. Use one of the compatible flashing tools to flash the PAC file onto your Motorola device.

  • AMT
  • Pandora
  • CM2SP3
  • [Dont Use – Unlock Tool & Chimera ]

Open your flash tool, load the PAC file and flash and Wait until the process finishes.

Note: After flashing, the phone may boot and remain stuck on the Motorola logo, or it may appear to turn off. Do not panic. Continue with the next steps

Step 2 — Enter Fastboot Mode

After flashing the PAC file, the phone may remain stuck on the boot logo. If the screen stays blank, try the following procedure:

  1. Disconnect the USB cable.
  2. Reconnect the battery if it was disconnected during servicing.
  3. Press and hold Volume Down + Power to attempt to enter Fastboot mode.
  4. Connect the phone to your PC and check whether the computer detects the device in Fastboot mode.

If the device enters Fastboot successfully, proceed to the next step.

Step 3 — Flash the XML Firmware via Fastboot

Download the XML/Fastboot firmware package from the link below and extract the ZIP file into a folder on your PC.

With the phone connected in Fastboot mode, locate the following batch file inside the extracted firmware folder:

flash_all.bat

Run flash_all.bat and follow the on-screen process. The script is designed to flash the partitions included in that firmware package.

⚠️ Important Information: If your favorite servicing tool has already bricked your phone and erased its IMEI, you may need professional mobile repair tools to restore the device’s original IMEI,  This Tutorial is only to revive Bricked Phone

Step 4 — Wait for the Phone to Boot

After the firmware flashing process finishes successfully, the phone should reboot .
The first boot may take several minutes.
Allow the device enough time to start and avoid disconnecting the battery or interrupting the process during this stage.
